Product Description

With our machine, you can easily and conveniently make your butter and buttermilk drink within approx. 18 minutes at home.

Butter making:

After finishing the cleaning, fill the yoghurt cream in the machine according to the capacity. In the summer months, add water with normal/room temperature and in the winter months with a temperature between 25 and 30 °C.
Close the lid and start the machine.
Approximately after 18 to 20 minutes later, the fat begins to accumulate.
After the fat has been collected, add 1-2 litres of water and ice and make sure the fat accumulates in the middle.
Stop the machine and remove the collected grease.
Collect the fat on the side and spill Ayran in a separate cup.
